1.Frame selection: Since I prefer the classic climbing frame and am not very interested in a downward-sloping rear triangle, the options are quite limited. The R5 is one of the top choices for lightweight bikes, and it also benefits from the champion's buff.

2.Component selection: Just go with mainstream ultra-lightweight parts. However, I didn’t opt for an ultra-light saddle because I feel it’s unnecessary to sacrifice comfort, and I also chose a reinforced version for the handlebars.
